Medical Summary scanned negative neutered male approx 2 years old docile but anxious during exam s/o: large raised scabby lesion on dorsal neck, crusty with scabs–seems to be infected smalled lesion on right shoulder, appears to be healing without infection wounds appear to be from a thermal or chemical burn, roughly 1 week old (maybe older) heart and lungs wnl a: wound unknown origin P: sr buprenorphine 0.1ml clavamox bid x 10d
