STAR – A1052817
Gone 9-28-2015 Brooklyn
***GONE 09/28/15*** SWEET STAR IS A 7 YEAR OLD PRETTY LADY WHO WAS DUMPED FOR PET HEALTH – NOW THE ACC WILL KILL HER AT NOON! STAR had not been eating for about 2 weeks and rather than take her to the vet, the owners took her to the kill shelter instead!! Now STAR is jaundiced and may have the start of liver issues which will need immediate vet attention. STAR did show some interest in food in the shelter but will need a full exam by a competent vet. STAR was said to be a sweet cat who liked to follow her owner around and likes being picked up and held. We cannot understand how someone can would take a loving pet to a kill shelter. PLEASE ADVOCATE FOR STAR TONIGHT AND HELP HER FIND A FOSTER OR ADOPTER SO SHE CAN GET THE MEDICAL CARE SHE NEEDS.
