Medical Summary Scan : neg Sex: MI SO: QAR mm pink EENT: L sided ulceration of upper lip, g0 ddz, slightly cloudy L cornea CV/L wnl INT: severe diffuse crusting, alopecia, and erythema, no fleas found ABD wnl LN wnl A: severe dermatitis with rodent ulcer suggestive of severe allergy with secondary bacterial pyoderma r/o fleas, food, atopy P: convenia 0.3 cc sc given must be repeated q2w for a total of 6 weeks. recc rescue NH for work up and skin treatments. this pt will need to go on a food allergy trial and should have frequent bathing to reduce bacterial skin count. needs steroid therapy as well for rodent ulcer PROGNOSIS: GOOD
