**SAFE 11/29/15** TRAPPED! What a HORRIBLE word, and what horrible emotions come along with that. Two-year-old STACEY is feeling them all. The fear, the vulnerability, the anger, the panic; the search for the tiniest hope of escape. STACEY was TRAPPED by someone who apparently thinks they get to decide who lives on this earth, and who does not. Brought to the ACC, Stacey has spent his time being utterly afraid and as such, has earned a NEW HOPE rating. Can YOU be the one to foster or adopt this pretty, but terrified boy? A NEW HOPE rescue needs you to be STACEY’s lifesaving placement, tonight.
