SPIRAL – A1034498
**SAFE 05/2/15**SPIRAL THE SWEET GINGERBREAD MAN NEEDS YOU! Everyone knows that orange boys are the sweetest and two year old Spiral is obviously no exception to the rule. Even though this calm and affectionate fella came in as a stray in a trap, it is obvious that he is a calm and well mannered gentleman who deserves the chance to live a happy life in a loving home. He is scheduled to become another sad ACC stat when tomorrow afternoon rolls around due to a few curable kitty sniffles. If you can help right this injustice, please reserve Spiral online. He will be a purrfect companion to just about anyone. Transportation is available if you contact a NH rescue for help. Won’t you please be this great gingerbread man’s rescue angel?

04/29/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Spiral was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Retreats as I started to get closer but after a steady low approach he allowed some petting. Although he was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless (2) Reaction to touch: seems indifferent to my presence and touch (2) Reaction to toy or novel object: shows no interest in playing (3) Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling but tense.
