Medical Summary Microchip scan negative Female Approximately 2.5 months old BARH Crust in medial aspect of eyes; reddened conjunctiva Cleaned with eye wash solution and applied erythromycin ointment OU No nasal discharge or sneezing observed Large amount of dark debris in both ears; microscopic exam- negative for ear mites Cleaned both ears with ear wash solution Has white deciduous teeth Hair loss and scaling on nose and on back of head; wood’s lamp positive for ringworm Lime sulfur dipped Tail is kinked; non-painful BCS: 3/5 Declawed: no Behavior: very friendly, allowed all handling Treatment: Lime sulfur dip twice weekly; erythromycin BID x 7 days VC scheduled for 3/21
