12/11/15 15:42 Snorlax A1060263 was found on Jackson ave in the Bronx. He is friendly and allowed the finder to handle him. Behavior during intake Snorlax remained calm inside of his carrier. He allowed me to scan (-) and collar him. He sat for his photos and purred as I carried him and transferred him into a kennel.

Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Snorlax was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to his behavior in his previous home. The finder says he is friendly and allowed them to handle him. He remained calm in his carrier upon intake and purred when the counselor carried him. He was also easy to handle during his initial medical exam. Reaction to assessor: Snorlax was sleeping upon approach. Reaction when softly spoken to: Snorlax wakes up, rolls over, and stretches. He comes to the front and meows after. Reaction to cage door opening: Snorlax remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Snorlax stands on his hind legs and head-butts. He begins to purr and is very affectionate throughout the interaction. Reaction to being picked up: Snorlax remains soft and allows handling. Behavior Determination: Beginner Snorlax interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
