***SAFE 05/17/15*** “VERY FRIENDLY” PURRING KITTEN, DUMPED FOR “NO TIME”, WILL DIE BECAUSE HE SNEEZED – PLEASE GRANT SMOKIE A DEATH ROW PARDON!!! Affectionate 18-month-old gray kitten SMOKIE was stuffed into the ACC’s Death Camp for Kitties when his old owners decided they had “NO TIME” for him. Smokie is a DREAM to own: “Smokie is very friendly and outgoing around strangers. He looks for you to pet him. He plays gently with adults. Smokie lived with 3 teenage girls, ages 13,14 and 17. He was very relaxed, affectionate and respectful of the children. He played very gently and exuberantly with the kids. He lived with his littermate a Female and he was very relaxed and affectionate with her. The neighbor had a small dog and Smokie would go up to it and try to play with it in the hallway when we spoke with our apartment doors open. Also, best described as, friendly, affectionate, playful, mellow, confident, independent and very quiet.” Sensational Smokie PURRED his way to a near-perfect AVERAGE behavior rating! But the cruel ACC will KILL poor Smokie at noon tomorrow as an INNOCENT VICTIM of the notorious ACC kitty cold and a badly broken shelter system. Please don’t let them silence his purrs forever!
