Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to Assessor: Sillabub was calm and relaxed upon approach. She meows and starts to grumble when softly spoken to. Reaction to cage door opening: Sillabub becomes stiff and alert. Reaction to touch: Sillabub hisses at the assessor’s hand and swats without nails. She retreats to the back of the cage and lip licks after. Behavior Determination: New Hope Only Sillabub is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room and/or may require further investigation before placement in a home. She has tried to swat and does not currently tolerate petting or handling. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
