SHAYNA – A1032756

**SAFE 04/25/15** Shayna is love in a black fur wrapper, basically; she has a BEGINNER rating and stellar shelter notes. Shayna is exactly the sort of adoptable cat the ACC claims they are finding homes for….but where is the home for Shayna? They have been trying to find one for her since 4/10, which means that they stuffed her in a cage in the adoptions ward, tossed her some dry food, and called it a day. Now, this delightful girl has caught the shelter cold and been placed on tomorrow’s euth list. Please don’t let her story end on the killing table shortly after noon, tomorrow! Advocate strongly for Shayna, tonight!

04/10/15 12:46 Shayna came in as a stray surrender. Upon intake Shayna was receptive to introduction, head butting and back stroking the microchip scanner (negative). When in the office Shayna was more interested in the people in the room than exploring the space. She was easily picked up but very resistant to being placed into the carrier. However she made no attempt to scratch or bite and did not hiss.
