***GONE 10/29/15*** SERENA IS A ONE YEAR OLD KITTEN FOUND WANDERING IN A YARD – HER FINDER CAUGHT HER AND DUMPED THIS HOUSE PANTHERETTE IN THE SHELTER AND NOW SHE WILL DIE EVEN THOUGH SHE IS PERFECTLY HEALTHY!! SERENA had the misfortune of being at the wrong place at the wrong time. While wandering into someone’s yard, she suddenly found herself trapped and now caged in a scary shelter. SERENA is only a year old – most likely still in kittenhood – and is confused and afraid. She got an EXPNOCHILD rating because all she wants to do is run!! Do you blame her? GIVE THIS POOR HOUSE PANTHER A CHANCE FOR A HAPPY ENDING TO HER STORY. CONTACT A RESCUE NOW TO PULL HER TO SAFETY!

10/28/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Serena looks tense in her cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Serena remains hiding in the cat den, body held tightly, alert with pupils dilated. Reaction to touch: Serena accepts the stroke, but stiffens up in place then attempts to escape her cage with eyes wandering. Placement determination: Experience / no child Serena tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
