05/25/15 14:53 Schmoopy was found playing in the street. He appears thin and looks red/inflamed around his eyelids. He had a soft body and ate food while we pet, scanned, collared, photographed, and put him in a kennel. He was easy to handle and didn’t resist/retreat/vocalize.
