SAMMY – A1060434

***GONE 12/19/15***SWEET SAMMY BETRAYED HOUSE PET NEEDS NEW FRIEND! Seven year old Sammy was a faithful feline friend to her family since she was a kitten. She is described by her former owner as a ‘friendly, affectionate and independent” girl who “loves to play with buttons, bottle caps or strings.” She lived with a teenager and got along well with all people but apparently didn’t like two dogs in the home. We suspect that Sammy was there first and we have no idea what the family did to calm this girl down. We know that they decided to dump their longtime companion at a kill happy shelter where despite the fact that she is purrfectly healthy, is slated to become a sad ACC stat when tomorrow afternoon rolls around. Sammy tolerated petting and handling during her behavior eval but it is recommended that she go to a quiet home with no kids. She’s a big, beautiful girl, already spayed, used to being a pampered house pet and would love to be your new furever friend. Please reserve Sammy online or let a rescue know if you can help. Transportation is available. Contact [email protected] for assistance. Sweet Sammy deserves a holiday miracle. Please help create one by making the call for her NOW!!!
