scan: neg sex: male S/O: Kitten is BAR, eyes are crusted shut with dried mucopurulent discharge; lots of flea dirt, distended abdomen, BCS 2/5 (on the thin side) A: Kitten has conjunctivitis; distended abdomen & thin body condition most likely from intestinal parasites P: Cleaned crusts from eyes and nose; kitten has severe blepharospasm and chemosis OU; gave FVRCP and applied Revolution for kittens <5lbs; put in for Panacur and Ponazuril; start on Clavamox and Erythromycin ophth oint; talk to NH about possible placement PROGNOSIS: Good with treatment for Conjunctivitis
