MEDICAL:

Microchip: scan negative

Sex: intact male

Age: approximately 2 months old

Mentation: BARH

Eyes: clear, no ocular discharge

Ears: clean

Nose: has hair loss, no nasal discharge

Teeth: white, has all deciduous teeth

BCS: 3/5

distended abdomen due to worms – treated with ponazuril and panacur

Skin and hair coat: missig patches of hair and scaling along face, nose, and forelimbs – wood’s lamp positive for ringworm

Declawed: no

Any injuries: none seen

Behavior: friendly, allowed all handling

Medication: lime sulfur dip biweekly, 0.2ml ponazuril 100mg/ml SID x 2 days, 0.44ml panacur suspension 100mg/ml SID x 3 days, 0.3ml amoxi/clav potas. liq. 45.7mg/ml BID x 10 days, 0.2ml azithromycin 40mg/ml SID x 10 days
