Medical Summary S/O: Microchip: no tag found Sex: female, spayed (visible tattoo ventral abdomen) Est age: 3yrs Mentation: BAR Eyes: wnl Ears: wnl Nose: wnl Teeth: Grade 1/4 dental dz, healthy dentition BCS: 7/9 (overweight) Skin/Hair Coat: good condition Any injuries: degloving injury/open fracture right carpus Behavior: Green – cat allows all handling with minimal to no tension Medication: Gave 0.61cc PPG SQ and 0.33cc buprenorphine 0.5mg/ml SQ – continue bupi BID, start Clavamox PO tomorrow A: Gegloving injury/open fx right carpus P: Inform NH, cat needs to go to vet – will need amputation of right forelimb PROGNOSIS: Excellent-Good with appropriate care
