***SAFE 07/22/15*** PERFECTLY HEALTHY TABBY KITTEN, PLAYFUL AT INTAKE, WILL NOW DIE DUE TO HIS FEAR – PLEASE GRANT RILEY A DEATH ROW PARDON!!! Handsome four-month-old RILEY, a stunning gray tabby and white boy, finds himself slung into the kill-happy ACC as a supposed “STRAY”, but Riley entered the shelter FREE of fleas and ear mites, at a healthy weight, so it’s obvious that Riley is a lost or abandoned pet kitten. He was PLAYFUL during intake, but this is ONE SMART KITTEN who quickly realized the ACC means him mortal harm! During his behavior eval, “Riley avoids contact, panics in place, and attempts to escape his cage.” He’s TERRIFIED, so the ACC has PUNISHED Riley with New Hope Only and fast-tracked this dear kitten to the noon kill list for tomorrow, despite the fact that Riley is PERFECTLY HEALTHY! Please don’t let them murder this fine young tabby kitten. Start RIGHT NOW to apply to foster or adopt adorable, scared tabby kitten RILEY from the approved New Hope rescue groups! If you can’t save RILEY yourself, please SHARE his sad story and PLEDGE for his rescue!
