Urine soaked fur, possible wound on testicle (unable to clean area, cat became agitated)
Slightly distended abdomen, firm bladder. Urine seen in carrier
Good appetite, able to walk around, no other signs of injury
As per Dr. 0915
Administered Buprenex 0.1ml BIDX7days, SQ (BIDX7days)
Keep in medical overnight, vet check for tomorrow

VC – SLIGHTLY DISTENDED ABDOMEN, WOUND ON TESTICLES, PLEASE GIVE RV
S/O: Cat is BAR, abdomen is visibly distended and cat is walking hunched, hind end covered in dried bloody urine and skin is erythematous, sedated with 0.15cc Telazol IM to take Rt Lat and VD abdominal radiographs, which reveal severely distended bladder (which is also palpable). FeLV/FIV Test Neg.
A: Urethral blockage and urine scalding
P: Washed hind end with mild soap and luke warm water. Unblocked with TomCat Catheter and 5F Red Rubber placed and sutured in. Drained over 200mLs of blood-tinged urine. Flushed with Sodium Chloride until clear with some small clots. Attached empty NaCl bag to line attached to u-cath. Gave 150mLs SQ LRS and 0.45mL Convenia SQ. Gave Rabies RHL. Received Buprenorphine buccally this am. Informed NH of status and needs 6pm deadline.
PROGNOSIS:
Fair with appropriate treatment
