RAMBO – A1042524
7-8-2015 Manhattan
***GONE 07/08/15*** HANDSOME YOUNG TABBY BOY, DUMPED AS A “STRAY”, IS IN PERFECT HEALTH AND HAS A GREAT BEHAVIOR RATING, BUT THE ACC WILL KILL HIM ANYWAY – PLEASE GRANT RAMBO A DEATH ROW PARDON!!! Handsome brown tiger and black boy RAMBO, just three years old, entered the kill-happy ACC as a supposed “STRAY”, yet he came into the shelter weighing a hefty 8.8 pounds. Surely Rambo is NO STRAY, but a lost or abandoned pet kitty. Rambo earned a very good EXPNOCHILD behavior rating for the way he ENJOYED PETTING, but the heartless ACC has written him off as NOT WORTH SAVING and fast-tracked him to the noon kill list for tomorrow, despite the fact that poor Rambo is PERFECTLY HEALTHY! The ACC claims that they DO NOT kill healthy cats, but Rambo is PROOF that they DO kill them on a daily basis. Please step up for this EXCELLENT young tiger laddie. Start RIGHT NOW to apply to foster or adopt sweet, shy RAMBO! If you can’t save RAMBO yourself, please SHARE his sad story and PLEDGE for his rescue!

07/07/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Rambo looks tense in his cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Rambo remains crouched down at the back of his cage, alert with eyes wide open. Reaction to touch: Rambo accepts the stroke, but stiffens and flinches during the touch. Placement determination: Experience / no child Rambo tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
