QUEST – A1061319
Gone 12-29-2015 Manhattan
** GONE 12/29/15 ** QUEST needs a VET who can diagnose and treat whatever seems to be bothering her, but the ACC vet only wants to kill her. QUEST is a spayed, 12-year-old sweetie who was brought into the shelter by someone who found her and thought she looked as though she didn’t feel well. Quest probably doesn’t feel her best at the shelter, but she would feel much better in the safety of a FOSTER or ADOPTIVE home. She has an EXPERIENCE rating and needs YOU to save her life, tonight!

12/27/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Quest was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. The finder believes she was someone’s pet because she is friendly. Please note that this cat is being treated for a medical condition at the time of evaluation. It is difficult to determine at this time how the medical condition may be affecting the behavior. Reaction to assessor: Quest was resting in her cage upon approach. Reaction when softly spoken to: Quest looks at the assessor with relaxed eyes. Reaction to cage door opening: Quest remains motionless. Reaction to touch: Quest remains in place for petting, but meows loudly after a few soft strokes. She continues to allow gentle petting, but her tail sways from side to side and she begins to grumble. Behavior Determination: Experience Quest allows gentle petting during the behavior evaluation. However, due to her reaction to the brief interaction, we feel that placement with experienced cat adopters is in her best interest. Please note that her behavior may change once her medical condition is addressed and she is fully recovered.
