***SAFE 12/15/15*** PRETZEL WAS FOUND IN A PARK AND BROUGHT TO THE ACC WHERE SHE IS HOPING SOMEONE WILL GIVE HER A FREEDOM RIDE TONITE!! PRETZEL was in a park and the finder thought she was her lost cat and asked someone to catch her. Well turned out not to be her cat so rather than taking PRETZEL home and keeping her or trying to find a home for her, she just dumped her at the ACC. PRETZEL is only a 7 month old KITTEN and very well may be a lost pet. A volunteer writes: Despite her name, there is nothing twisted about this Pretzel. The markings on her face are perfectly balanced. She has a white stripe down the middle, with a black nose, white mustache and black goatee. Pretzel is petite and young and enjoys being petted. You can see her for yourself at the Brooklyn care center. Pretzel would love to meet you, too. PRETZEL NEEDS A RESCUE ANGEL TO GIVE HER A CHANCE TO LIVE PAST NOON TOMORROW. CAN YOU HELP HER NOW? CONTACT A RESCUE TO PULL HER TO SAFETY AND IF YOU NEED CONTACT INFO EMAIL [email protected]

11/29/15 17:24 Pretzel is a black and white female 6 month old kitten that came in as a stray. Finder stated that a man in the park asked her to catch Pretzel for her and it turned out that she wasn’t even her cat. She’s had her in the home the past few days and she’s been friendly with her and allowed all handling. Upon intake, Pretzel retreated when handler attempted to touch her. When being transferred, she began to growl. Even after being given time to cool down, she proceeded to growl and hiss when handler attempted to remove her from the carrier. As a result, she was not handled, collard or photographed.
