I am an unaltered female, brown tabby Domestic Shorthair mix.
I weigh 4 pounds.
I was found in NY 11367.
I have been at the shelter since Jun 25, 2015.

Earmites (ivermectin 0.02ml)
Flea dirt (activyl)
Dirty haircoat
Thin condition, good appetite
Possible wound near right mandible under ear (looks like bone protruding, painful to touch, odorous, old purulent discharge dried ), mouth does not open completely

Has lost a alot of weight b/c L side of mandible has been fxed and is displaced laterally. When mouth examined there is pocket of pus that is foul smelling and pours out of mouth

A: long standing jaw fracture mandibular symphseal and possible lateral ramus- needs rads , wt loss d/t injury, trying to eat and drink
