I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 06/27/2015 from NY 11207, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

At the time of the assessment he was friendly displaying behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, tolerates all petting. Potter is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
