SCARED AND SAD PANTHER PLANKO NEEDS YOU! Planko is a three year old neutered boy in dire need of a rescue angel. Someone thought they were doing this poor boy a favor by dumping him at the kill happy shelter. His notes are conflicting—it says that he was friendly upon intake but didn’t allow handling. He still received a respectable experienced no kids rating and can be reserved online tonight. Let’s not overlook this scared and sad sweetheart. If you can help poor Planko, please reserve him or contact a NH rescue for help in arranging delivery of this kitty directly to you. Won’t you please be panther Planko’s rescue angel? Save a life. Make a difference.

04/03/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Was hiding when I approached cage. (3) When spoken quietly: Continues to hide. (3) Reaction to door cage opening: Still hiding, appears alert through den. (3) Reaction to touch: Hisses, retreats. (3) Try picking cat up: Did not attempt. Notes: Planko came into the shelter as a stray, so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies in a home environment. At the time of the assessment, Planko is hiding, and hisses when I get close and attempt to touch him. He has shown aggressive behavior in his medical exam, and thus, should not be made available to anyone but an experienced cat owner with no small children.
