04/05/2015 Exam Type RE-EXAM – Medical Rating is 3 C – MAJOR CONDITIONS , Behavior Rating is AVERAGE, Weight 12.7 LBS.S/O: Vet check for sniffling and some nasal discharge reported. On presentation, patient was sitting upright in cage, QAR. Allowed handling, cooperative for exam. Eating well. No stool/urine noted in litter box. There are no current medicla conditions as of right now. She has made friends with an outside cat that the owner brought in as well. His name is Harvey (A1030544). PJ allowed all handling at intake.

A staff member writes: PJ is a purr-ball of chunky love. She’s a little lazy, but she’s very demanding once you start giving her rubs. She would love to laze around your home, basking in your attention and the sunshine on your bed. Her previous owner described her as sweet and charming, and personally I’ve been charmed.
