PIEROGI – A1036013
5-17-2015 Brooklyn
***SAFE 05/17/15*** SWEET, SHY SPAYED “STRAY” GIRL ROLLS OVER FOR TUMMY RUBS AND HAS A GREAT BEHAVIOR RATING, BUT WILL DIE BECAUSE SHE SNEEZED – PLEASE GRANT PIEROGI A DEATH ROW PARDON!!! Stunning two-year-old brown tabby and white beauty PIEROGI, dumped into the ACC’s Death Camp for Kitties as a supposed SPAYED “STRAY”, is much too FRIENDLY to be a stray! She entered the shelter FREE of fleas and ear mites, at a healthy weight, which tells us that this sweetheart is a lost or abandoned pet kitty. Pierogi earned a great behavior rating of EXPERIENCE; she EVEN ROLLED OVER FOR TUMMY RUBS! But this pretty princess will DIE at noon tomorrow, another INNOCENT VICTIM of the notorious ACC kitty cold and a badly broken shelter system which prefers to KILL rather than CURE. Please start RIGHT NOW to apply to foster or adopt precious PIEROGI! If you can’t save PIEROGI yourself, please SHARE her sad story and PLEDGE for her rescue!

Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Perogie was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to was seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor at first, becomes alert when the kennel was open. With a steady slow approach she relaxed. I was able to pet her and interact with her as she rolled over and started seeking attention. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front , hisses (2) When spoken quietly: does not come to front ,hisses(2) Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless (2) Reaction to touch: using a slow approach she allows petting and seeks attention Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling but tense.
