conjunctivitis to both eyes – as per 1044 start on erythromycin oint BID for 7 days

URI present – nasal discharge present along with some congestion – as per 1044 start on augmentin PO BID for 10 dats .08cc

clean ears – em negative

clean coat – flea negative

clean teeth

no interest in food at this time due to congestion

overall body condition is good

sweet girl – easy to handle
