PENNY – A1039594
6-18-2015 Brooklyn
**GONE 06/18/15** PENNY is a slightly freaked out kitten who does not understand why she’s been crammed in a tiny cage, accosted with a plastic hand, and subjected to the horrible sights and sounds of the ACC. Before you write her off as just another EXPNOCHILD cat on a crowded euth list, consider what your own, loving pets might do if confronted with the challenges poor PENNY has faced, since being brought to the ACC? This gorgeous pet should calm down nicely, once a foster/adopter gives her some love and some space. Please take a shine to PENNY tonight, and share her widely for a foster/adopter!

06/13/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Penny was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Remained motionless as I started to get closer. I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. Although she was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents with no children. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless Reaction to touch: seems indifferent to my presence and touch Try picking cat up: Did not attempt ,fearful Placement Determination: Experience no child
