PEBBLES – A1047768
8-17-2015 Manhattan
*** GONE 08/17/15 *** PRETTY PEBBLES IS ON A HARD ROAD….In addition to a heart murmur, she has multiple ruptured mammary glands…Not a good scenario. Perhaps though, there is a purrson with a good heart who would like to make PEBBLES’ remaining time comfortable and happy. A vet visit is certainly in order to confirm her diagnosis. PLEASE THINK ABOUT HOSPICE CARE FOR THIS LOVELY LADY….A rescue can help you with the vet bills if you foster. SAVE PEBBLES TONIGHT EVEN IF ONLY FOR AWHILE…HER LIFE MATTERS….

08/16/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Pebbles was calm and relaxed upon approach. She looks at the assessor when softly spoken to, and then looks away. Reaction to cage door opening: Pebbles remains motionless. Reaction to touch: Pebbles remains in place for petting, closes her eyes, and begins to purr softly. Reaction to being picked up: Pebbles shifts away and does not allow pick up. Behavior Determination: Experience Please note that this cat is being treated for a medical condition at the time of evaluation. She tolerates petting and attention, but may not like being picked up due to her condition. Because of this, we feel that placement with experienced cat adopters is in Pebble’s best interest.
