***SAFE 06/29/15***PEACH PIE IS A PURRFECT PET WHO NEEDS RESCUE ANGEL! Peach Pie is a 10 mo kitten who is apparently healthy with an “excellent” prognosis but still scheduled to die at noon tomorrow at noon. Peach Pie came into the shelter as a stray surrender back on 6/12 and allowed all handling. She is a little shy but tolerates all petting and even allows people to pick her up. Please open your heart and home to Peach Pie by contacting a NH rescue. (This lovely lady has been behaving herself at the shelter but she was DOH due to an incident which is not noted— but she has been a sweetheart at the shelter). Please offer Peach Pie a chance to grow up in a loving home. Save a life. Make a difference.

Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Peach Pie was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Remains motionless as I started to get closer.I was able to pet her and interact with her. I was also able to pick her up. No fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless Reaction to touch: seems indifferent to my presence and touch Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling Placement Determination: Experience
