Reaction to assessor: Pandora was calm, relaxed, and friendly upon approach. When softly spoken to, she looks at the assessor with relaxed eyes and blinks. Reaction to cage door opening: Pandora remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Pandora remains in place for petting, rubs her cheeks against the assessor’s hand, and begins to purr. Reaction to being picked up: Pandora remains calm and allows handling. As per previous owner, Pandora is friendly with strangers when she becomes comfortable around them. She is also declawed, and may prefer to go to a home without small children. Behavior Determination: Average Pandora interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents. Because the owner recommends Pandora go to a home without small children, we suggest any home with children conduct a thorough interaction.
