*** SAFE 05/09/15*** OREOS IS AN ADORABLE ONE YEAR OLD WHO IS PERFECTLY HEALTHY AND FRIENDLY YET THE ACC WILL STILL KILL HER AT NOON SATURDAY! Oreos was brought into the ACC as a stray and she was affectionate and easy to handle. She rocked an AVERAGE rating for behavior. To top it off, all her medical exams show she is healthy. So why is she on the euth list? Frankly, we cannot answer that. But we do know that if she isn’t rescued by NOON Saturday, her time will be up and she will become another ACC statistic. Oreo comes to the front of her cage soliciting attention and rubbing and hoping someone will see this cute beauty and take her home. So far her rescue angel hasn’t arrived. CAN YOU BE HER RESCUE ANGEL?? PLEASE CONTACT A RESCUE NOW AND PULL OREOS TO SAFETY!

04/26/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
04/26/15 16:34 Oreos is a cute black and white cat that was brought in as a stray. At intake, Oreos was grooming herself at intake and making vocal sounds that were most likely hisses as she did bare her fangs, but the vocalization sounded like squeaks. Oreos allowed the counselor to pet her nose and forehead and became more fractious near the end of the intake. The counselor did not attempt to scan or collar Oreos in order to reduce her stress.
