OCI – A1046538
8-21-2015 Manhattan Rescue: Staten Island Hope Please honor your pledges: http://www.statenislandhoperescue.org/
***SAFE 08/21/15*** OCI is not happy! Surrendered due to an inadequate facility, OCI didn’t fight but wouldn’t go without running and hiding. This 2 year old, NEUTERED kitty warmed up after awhile. In fact, he warmed up so much that he earned himself an AVERAGE rating and could even be heard purring. But that won’t matter unless someone steps up and saves this guy’s life! He will love you for it and you will love him for the rest of your life!

The cat was scared when we entered the apartment and hid in the kitchen drawer. When I tried to take him out, he was very nervous but didn’t strike, hiss or growl. After I took him out of the drawer, he escaped to another room and continued acting scared. He was able to walk into the carrier himself after he realized that there was nowhere to run.
