OCEAN WAVE – A1047996
8-21-2015 Brooklyn
**SAFE 08/21/15** OCEAN WAVE is a sleek 4-month-old girl who is probably someone’s lost pet. Her health is perfect and her coat shines like a mirror, so it is very unlikely that she’s been roughing it on the streets of NYC for very long. She is nervous in the shelter environment, which only makes sense because they want to kill her. She earned an EXPNOCHILD rating and is counting on her Urgent/PODR family to save her, tonight!

08/19/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Ocean Wave was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Remains motionless as I started to get closer. Ocean Wave hisses when touched. I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents with no children. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless Reaction to touch: hisses when touched Try picking cat up: Ocean Wave allows limited handling Placement Determination: Experience no child
