I came in the shelter as a OWNER SUR on 12/12/2015 from NY 10021, owner surrender reason stated was MOVE2PRIVA.

12/13/15 00:28 Nya was brought into shelter as an O.S. Family has owned cat for 14 years and is moving so they can no longer care for animal. Nya allowed handling during intake was no trouble moving from one carrier to the other. Nya also has some matting on her back where owner said she can no longer reach.
