SUPER VOCAL AND FRIENDLY KITTY NAVADA WILL DIE TOMORROW FOR CATCHING THE SHELTER COLD! Navada was brought in as a stray but seriously this girl was super friendly and enjoyed all the petting and attention she received. Navada was very vocal and only quieted when she was petted. She received a great AVERAGE rating and is the purrfect little kitty to take home tonight! Navada came to us as a stray on 4/09/15. Upon intake it was reported that Navada was very vocal, but allowed all handling without displaying any signs of aggression. She was seen with neutral body language when approaching her kennel. She allowed the assessor to touch and displayed soft body language, and solicitation for more petting. . Navada also proved to be very vocal during the eval, but would quiet down when petted. She let the assessor pick her up, but quickly became agitated and jumped out of the assessor’s hands. Reaction to assessor: Does not come to the front but remains neutral. (2) When spoken to quietly: Does not come to front of cage but looks at you – is calm, relaxed, friendly Reaction to cage door opening: Remains relaxed (1) Reaction to touch: Solicits petting and attention – rubs, chirps and meows. (1) Reaction to being picked up: Allows to be picked, but becomes quickly agitated.
