Clean teeth. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. Moderate amount of flea dirt. UG: Female. A: Approx 4 month old female kitten with flea dirt and no other apparent health conditions Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: Gave 0.4 ml pyrantel during exam. 1088
