03/24/15 20:53 Mysty came in as a stray surrender. Upon intake Mysty was receptive to introduction and loose for all handling including scan for microchip (negative) and collar. Mysty was somewhat shy and after exploring the room elected to re-enter the carrier.

Notes: Mysty was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessments she did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention but only for a limited time,allows some petting before becoming overwhelmed. Mysty is displaying behavior appropriate for experienced cat parents with no children.
