Cleaned with ear cleaning solution and gauze Teeth are white and intact As of now no V/S/C/D As of now no signs of URI ___________________________ Ruptured abscess ventral to tail (base), skin started to slough off when shaved, draining, cleaned with novalsan Oncall req buprenorphine by weight (0.12ml) for tonight and start on clavamox (1.14ml); sedate shave may be required; NPO’d preemptively Kept in medical for further observation NOSF
