Grayson is an 8 week kitten that was recently brought to the shelter by a heroic patron. During her re-exam she was found to have fleas. Please pull from MACC.

Medical Summary bahr scanned negative eyes are clean ears were clean with earclean solution, no earmites fleas positive, fleas tx of frontline spray male intact x4 ambulant lower lip doesnt cover all the lower jaw, the records says that previous veterinarian has a infection that may or not may be a tumor NH knows about this kitty eating well shy but easy to handle came with medication> amoxi/clav pos 45.7 mg/m

wound on hind part, maggot infestation

spoke to Dr Memoli and explained

gave 0.1cc PPG SQ, 10cc warm SQF, 1cc Nutrical PO

LOWER LIP VENTRALLY DISPLACED GINGIVA APPEARS TO HAVE GRANULATION TISSUE, NO LOOSE WOUND EDGES

DISTENDED ABD

FLEA TREATMENT ON BACK

 

A; LOWER LIP GRANULATION TISSUE R/O AVULSION INJURY, HEALING

DOES NOT AFFECT APPETITE OR ABILITY TO EAT

FLEAS

 

P; CONT WITH CLAVAMOX  0.2ML PO BID X 14 DAYS

DOES NOT NEED TO STAY IN MEDICAL, CAN GO TO NURSERY

noted on vet check by dvm 1009

distended abdomen

lower lip injury/ avulsion of tissue, healed

not eating much

deworm – ponazuril x 5d, pyrantel tommorrow

pain medication- buprenex po x 10 d

continue clavamox
