Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Mouse was calm, relaxed, and friendly upon approach. When softly spoken to, she looks at the assessor with relaxed eyes and puts her head down on her bedding. Reaction to cage door opening: Mouse remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Mouse comes to the front, begins to purr, and rubs her cheeks against the assessor’s hand. Reaction to being picked up: Mouse remains calm and allows handling. As per previous owner, Mouse has lived in a home with 1 adult for a few years. They said she loves to play and enjoys petting. She was easy to handle upon intake and during her initial medical exam. Behavior Determination: Beginner Mouse interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. There is no known history of behavioral problems. This cat can go to a beginner home.
