Sex: Male
S/O: Depressed, severe mucoid ND, OD is likely a perforating corneal ulcer. Kitten smelled of formaldehyde.
A: Severe corneal ulcer, URI
P: Needs enucleation, buprenorphine 0.05ml SQ, 0.25ml PO clavamox, erythromycin OU. Recommend placement with rescue for enucleation.
