I am a spayed female, black and white Domestic Shorthair mix.
The shelter staff think I am about 3 years old.
I weigh 7 pounds.
I was found in NY 10454.
I have been at the shelter since Apr 25, 2015.
INTIAL EXAM:
scanned negative
BARH
no ear mites- oily
flea tx of revolution
clear dicharge and squinting of left eye
mild dental tartar but canines are stained with oil/tar substances was able to clean and wipe most off but stains remain
allows handling and retrain with no agression purrs while touched but shy

BEHAVIOR:
Reaction to assessor: Mohegan Sun was calm, relaxed, and friendly upon approach. When softly spoken to, she looks at the assessor with relaxed eyes and blinks.
Reaction to cage door opening: Mohegan Sun remains soft and relaxed.
Reaction to touch: Mohegan Sun was hesitant of touch at first, but remains in place for petting. Her tail shoots up and she begins to purr.
Reaction to being picked up: Mohegan Sun allows handling, but prefers to stay inside her cage.
Behavior Determination: Average
Mohegan Sun interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
