**SAFE 11/14/15**SECOND CHANCE FOR MOE–MAKE IT COUNT! MOE was “found” in the Surrender’s yard and DUMPED off at the ACC! Now this charming,3 year old faces death and needs someone to save him! MOE was “easy to handle and displayed calm behavior” for his assessor’s, so they rewarded him with a GREAT AVERAGE rating! Of course,its not so great UNLESS YOU CAN FOSTER or ADOPT this little cherub!

11/02/15 12:04 Moe was brought into the care center as a stray found in the surrender’s yard. Mow sat in the back of the carrier with his eyes wide open. When the scanner touched him he would move away. The carrier door stayed opened and Mow would not move. When then counselor slowly blinked at Moe, he would soon return the counselor’s blink with a slow blink and kept his eyes squinting. When the counselor’s hand was introduced to Moe, his eyes widen but soon he would return slow blinks with the counselor. The process of slow blinks and introducing something continued until the counselor was able to collar and pet Moe.
