LARGE WOUND OVER THE RIGHT COMMISURE OF THE MOUTH, RIGHT LOWER GINGIVA IS ERODED AWAY, LOOSENING ONE OF THE PREMOLARS. OLD FOOD (THOUGHT TO BE PURULENT DISCHARGE) IS STUCK BETWEEN THE MOUTH AND GINGIVA ON THE RIGHT SIDE. WOUND APPEARS DRIED – WHEN SCRUBBED/DEBRIDED WITH NOLVASAN AND GAUZE, FRESH, PINK, BLEEDING TISSUE WAS REVEALED.
BCS = 3/9 – PATIENT HAS LARGE DISTENDED ABDOMEN, LARGE BLADDER
