Heavy flea infestation (pale gums noted) HR 140; Temp 99.5 F Abdominal palpitation – severely doughy, large amount of gas, no masses, possible fluid thrill. If no improvement by VC tomorrow, recommend abdominal scan, CBC/Chem/Elec or EHR. HM
