conjunctivitis to both eyes – as per 1027 start on erythromycin oint BID for 7 days

clean teeth

nasal discharge present – URI confirmed by 1027 who stated to start on amox/clav/potas .15cc PO BID for 10 days

ears slightly dirty – cleaned – em negative

clean coat – flea negative

very congested – not that good of an appetite – will inform NH

easy to handle – sweet little kitten
