08/18/15 15:02 Behavior during intake: Milk would approach and sniff when I opened the carrier door. When I extended my hand she sniffed and head-butted. While out of the carrier he head-butted and allowed me to pet him. She ate and allowed me to hold her and collar her. She showed no signs of aggression.

Reaction to door opening: Milk remains crouched down at the front of the cage, alert with eyes wide open and observing movement. Reaction to touch: Milk accepts the stroke, purrs in place, and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Being Picked up: She becomes frantic and jumps back into her cage. Placement determination: Average Milk interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
