05/16/15 14:19 Basic Information Midnight is a 10-year old female spayed cat, and was brought to AC&C as an owner surrender due to owner having severe allergies to her. Owner received her as a gift from a friend, and has had her for about a month. Owner says she doesn’t have any major health concerns, and when asked what she likes most she chose that she is confident and mellow. Personality & Behavior Midnight is described as having a low activity level, and owner says she is usually quiet. Owner states that while interacting with her three year old Midnight was relaxed and affectionate and if not in the mood for play she would just leave. Owner says Midnight is friendly, and allows people to pet her and stroke her constantly. Owner says Midnight is indoors only, and more mellow around the house. She is litter-box trained, and owner says she never has accidents. Owner says she hasn’t attempted to bathe or clip Midnight’s nails, and she says Midnight enjoys being brushed. Owner also states that midnight is unbothered with being held or placed in a carrier. For a New Family to Know Midnight has an uncovered litter box, and uses the clay form of litter. Owner says she doesn’t play with toys, and she doesn’t scratch on anything. Owner says midnight has a favorite spot in the living room that she enjoys, and she also says Midnight enjoys car rides. Owner says Midnight doesn’t play with her, but likes for her to pet her. Midnight eats both wet and dry food and owner says she slept on a futon at home. Midnight is described as assertive, and owner says she finds ways to inform you that she is hungry. Behavior during Intake Midnight seemed relaxed during intake. She allowed me to remove her from her owner’s carrier and place her into a different one. She also allowed me to pet her, and ate food once given to her. Instead of meowing, it seems as though Midnight enjoys making some sort of snorting sound.
