04/16/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Midnight came into the care center from an owner, but we have no behavior information about her. At the time of the assessment Midnight was displaying fearful behavior – she was hiding in her litter box and would not approach me. She tolerated petting, but was very scared in her kennel. Midnight tolerates attention but may be stressed in the shelter and may be intimidated by small children. We feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents without children. Reaction to assessor: Was hiding in litter box when I came up (3) When spoken quietly: Continues to hide in litter box (3) Reaction to door cage opening: Becomes stiff and alert, eyes dilate (3) Reaction to touch: Continues to hide, immoble when I touch her (3)
